HALO Founder and Executive Chair, Marie Macklin CBE, has featured in a UK Government Scotland video discussing how the HALO is creating a Digital/Cyber Army of 200 young people through the recently launched Kickstart scheme.

The Kickstart Scheme provides funding to employers to create job placements for 16 to 24 year olds on Universal Credit.
