Marie Macklin CBE featured in last night’s world premiere of a Johnnie Walker documentary ‘The Man Who Walked Around The World’.

Produced by Emmy and triple Bafta-winning director Anthony Wonke, the Man Who Walked Around The World is an exploration of what it takes to become an icon in popular culture.

The film documents how a young Scottish boy started blending whisky in a Kilmarnock grocer’s shop in 1820, not knowing the result would go on to become one of the world’s most recognised brands.

Marie Macklin, Founder and Executive Chair of the HALO, features in the documentary at 37 minutes 12 seconds and the HALO Tartan Face mask, designed by Graeme Bone, also makes an appearance at 42 minutes 10 seconds.
