HALO founder and executive chair, Dr. Marie Macklin CBE filmed a series of video clips to review 2020.

The message in these videos is a thank you to all of the key team who’ve supported the HALO this year, including Morrison Construction, Keppie Design, Gleeds, Ramboll, and many more.

There’s also a very special mention for the communities that Marie and the HALO were proud to support as part of their Lift Up Your Hearts COVID-19 community fund.

Here is the second film of the HALO 2020 year in review featuring Dr. Marie Macklin CBE, founder and executive chair of the HALO.

Speaking from the top of the HALO Kilmarnock’s Enterprise & Innovation Centre, which opens in Spring 2021, Marie gives special thanks to the UK Government Scotland for backing the HALO with its Kickstart scheme and also our Platinum Partner Scottish Power.

The HALO is all set to be at the forefront of the ‘Green Recovery’ and creating job opportunities for young people in spring 2021.

In this latest clip, Marie Macklin CBE gives a sneak preview inside the HALO’s Enterprise and Innovation Hub while discussing the HALO’s Kick Start programme for 16-24-year-olds and the #Rockme Entrepreneurs Programme that will drive a new economy for Scotland.

“It is communities that got us through 2020 and it is people that create change…“

In the final film reviewing 2020, Marie Macklin CBE thanks everyone who has been involved with the HALO this year as we look ahead to an exciting and positive 2021.
