Graham + Sibbald are seeking to recruit a Building Manager to join our West of Scotland Team.

Ideal candidates will boast excellent organisational and communication skills. They will have the ability to prioritise and co-ordinate tasks efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met with accuracy and attention to detail.
Knowledge and understanding of current health and safety legislation is essential for this role in order to effectively monitor and implement relevant requirements.
The Role
The role is to manage the new HALO Digital Cyber Innovation Park, a 28 acre low carbon commercial development powered by 100% low carbon wind, solar and battery energy. A specific importance to ensuring the brand and legacy are central to day-to-day operations. Ideal candidates will have an interest, passion and understanding of net zero and sustainability.
Basic duties will include undertaking regular property inspections, coordination of contractors and estimates for property repairs/maintenance as required, prepare occupier correspondence, as well as an input in to the preparation, implementation and management of service charge accounts and more.

Role Requirements
NEBOSH Qualification is an essential requirement for this role.
An ability to remain calm while working under pressure and use initiative to think through problems and find solutions. The provision of excellent client/occupier service by way of timely response to any issues or queries.
