HALO Urban Regeneration Company is looking for a HALO #Rockstar to join our Enterprise team at the 49,500sqft state-of-the-art HALO Enterprise and Innovation Hub in Kilmarnock, Scotland which is currently scheduled to open in May 2021.

Position: – Marketing Assistant 

We are looking for a pioneer who can use their own initiative to drive an entrepreneurial culture and community where start-up, scale-up, and established businesses can create a new Tomorrow’s World.  HALO Enterprise and Innovation Hub strives to create a unique workplace, providing the right balance between allowing companies and their employees to work independently and spaces that allow them to collaborate with others.  Your primary responsibility, alongside the rest of the team, is building the HALO ethos, culture, and community. We want HALO to be the place where anyone interested in growing a business chooses its location.  Do you have experience gained in a professional marketing environment? Are you keen to learn more in this space? If you are keen to join a small but dedicated Marketing team that has big ambitions for the future, this could be your dream role! Whilst the role will suit someone who has studied Marketing is it essential you have gained solid work experience in the field. You will quickly be involved in sharing information with and influencing senior staff, therefore previous, practical experience is required. You will be part of the team driving forward the Marketing strategy and your role will be varied. You will cover the delivery of campaigns across Scotland and beyond, leading on social media and digital activity, raising our profile, and supporting the Business Development focus. You will also be involved in event management. You will have a strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, running social media campaigns, and also monitoring ROI. First-class written and verbal communication skills are essential. If you are organised, driven, enthusiastic, keen to learn, and can be fully accountable for your own workload, this could be the job you’re looking for. Salary is £14,500 for 28 hours / four-day week (equivalent to £18,000 for a 35 hour / week) plus a potential 10% bonus, related to performance.
